Micro Damage Detailing For 1/144 Gun-Cannon
Finally got a small burst of creative energy today, I have painted this kit ONCE ALREADY....and screwed it up. So today I stripped and battle damaged it, while also throwing together some mini internal details for good measure's.....Hope to make a nice post apocalyptic diorama for this guy eventually.

N-SCALE/ 1/144 PLASTER RECAST (Diorama pending)
I took advantage of the warm weather this past Sunday and tried my hand at recasting some Greenmax N-Scale buildings for a project........ I still have never completed, I still have this urge to build a city scene..haha (4 those that know)
I have decided to scale it down to a 1/144 size instead of HO=1/100 scale for a few reason's, less space to be taken up/ less exact details needed (opposed to larger scale)...As I have learned from my friend Jerry over at Quinntopia by using optical illusions via paper / styrene strips for lack of better description / and last but not least...save's on materials / supplies .
The only DOWN SIDE too working with plaster in this small scale is the structural integrity is much more fragile than 1/35 th scale buildings....(as you may notice..I already have breakage), the whole purpose is to realistically damage a building or 2....BUT not SCRAP a perfectly good plastic kit if not needed.
I don't really have a time line for completion, but I wanted to share this anyways.
Many More photos @PAINTEDHOBBIES.
I have no idea when this may get completed, I'll try an work on this as time allows (fingers crossed..haha)

GRAFFITI ON MY MODEL...AND a few friends!
Guess I could say I can relate to people who have their property defaced with street art..LOL.
Spent my day off (with a blistering head ache mind you)...painting graffiti on my model, Granted it is not 100 % perfect...But I'm satisfied with it. I really wish I could have used my airbrush, but my hands were a bit shaky today for some reason or another.
The Graffiti was inspired by tonz of Google image searches, and the Main Tag is my screen name KRIZ.
"while all the little tags are forums I frequent or people I consider friends one way or another"
the smaller tags were the biggest challenge for me so far, I also named a few forum's...and for anyone saying to themselves..You did not use my name?....I used the forum my friend....therefore..that includes all who have resided there.
P.S......... Had to TAG my friend Ray (Rzero1)..thanks again bro :)
Still more to do....Once I weather and Wash it..any sloppiness should be blended in..hahah.

Scrap Build 1/35 British S.A.S. Vignette : For PaintedHobbies.Com
Here is a little something I have thrown together during the afternoon, Partly to scratch an "ITCH"...and the other part is to continue... if you will.....To promote the new Gallery Web Site PAINTEDHOBBIES.
Seeing as though the "VISION" is to have a Web Gallery full of varied scale, and genre's of hobby arts.
I figured I would start by adding 1 of my own 1/35 scale builds, nothing real glorious..just a simple vignette corner thrown together from some scrap Verlinden and Custom Dioramics sets I had left over.
I have built some additional details out of balsa wood, crafted a bottle from clear kit sprue...but nothing too elaborate will go into this....just sweet and simple.
(Pastel weathering and a tad bit more detail painting yet to be done)
Progress shots can also be found at PAINTEDHOBBIES filed under my profile in my Album's.
Hope to see some of your awesome works at PAINTEDHOBBIES real soon.
Cheers,
Kriz

Completed Project of 2011 "Slacking" a Humorous take on Mecha Modeling.
Mostly due to some boredom today , I decided to post my attempt on a humorous mecha subject in comparison to real life scenario's.
Overview of materials:
MG Nemo...with battle damage and option parts, Prieser 1/87 figure's, Rocco Brand Armor and Maintenance shed, the rest is scratch built or salvaged form scraps.
I present: "Slacking" a Hazardous Repair Station Diorama....2011 year completion.
This was a culmination of incomplete builds which fizzled out for some reason or another in 2011, and in the end I asked myself.....WHY SO SERIOUS?...hell its only a hobby, and I should not stress to complete any one project ..not like I'm getting paid for it....LOL
So after some alterations to the plan I put together a scene which pokes a bit of fun, and anyone who operates heavy machinery or works in a venue that requires safety rule's might find this a bit entertaining to say the least.Overview of materials:
