MAC Forums "Build-Offs" (KRIZ-vs-Aries the 13th) "Patlabor Love"

(Since we have plenty of people doing build-offs, MAC Forums will hype it up and make June the "Build-Off" Month. The idea is simple, the management should be easy, since the build-off "rules" will be between the two facing off, and we'll be featuring them and their progress, in a separate section ideally, labeled as such.)

Alright here we go, My mate Aries13th and I started a Build-Off at the end of April featuring the old Bandai Kits from the TV series PATLABOR. We have already started our builds, but will more than likely run over into June.

I wanted to share some of the progress works with the Blogging community since this build-off is exclusive to MAC Forums, I don't think I have ever posted any WIPS in the past but seeing how this is turning out better than expected figured I share some progress shots.

The below shots convey a basic layout of the DIO the Tarmac has been done with a thin layer of plaster, and airbrushed to simulate concrete. scribed cement lines and oil spills, along with some minor ground markings to add some realism. The tarmac is still undergoing some tweaks currently, But if you would like to see more and the excellent "Real miniature concrete" slabs my buddy Aries13th has come up with....check out the thread at themacforums
