Alright folks, I first would like to say that I'm really not trying to pull on any heart strings with this little post of mine...............More so a reminder to appreciate the things that matter the most in life.
As I have sat and reflected on this year opposed to last year, I really have to be thankful and count my blessing's. I think a lot of folks have felt the economic down slide (as much as the media say's other wise..BS)..I sure as heck know I have..sheesh.
I have reflected on all the past Christmas's and the good memories as well as the not so good, But the thing that always sticks out the most is the being around my wife/kids/family/friends. This Christmas will certainly pale in comparison with any type of gift giving, But thankfully important things are still intact and functioning normally..(Necessities of life).
There will be people around the world who have less to look forward too this holiday, and for that my heart hurts when I think about it....So appreciate what you have and If you can reach out to someone who might not have at all...then do so.
Love and Blessing to all of my Blogging Brother's and Sister's this Christmas Season.

I agree with Porky...very well put. I was at my daughters X-mas end of term party. I stood there thinking how lucky we (and they, the children) are to live where we are and not to have to worry about things like food, warmth or any sort of real danger.
Merry X-mas my friend
